Hips of inner lining: 20" flat across from side seam to side seam

The fabric used is a mix of a light textured silk organza - which makes it shockingly light - anchored by a fine silk brocade for the skirt which gives it structure and contrast

There is a small darkening on the edge of the hem (see photo provided) but other wise I see no flaws
