The self lined bodice and the sweeping, full length skirt are made in a gorgeous medium blue. The collar is made in white satin, and the peplum is made in a lovely contrast light blue. The sheer full length sleeves are done in a soft chiffon. Most seams are enclosed, except the few that are not
