It has no labels to tell us its origins but it is well made and just pretty beyond words. It is not 100% perfect but its imperfections are mild. The fabric is the star on this dress. It is a ivory silk base that has a super soft chenille feeling applique that has been fused directly to the base fabric. These give it a 3D texture and in incredible sensation when the dress is touched. The form little abstract dots that cover
