The basket is in great condition and will show well in a display of baskets and other Native American art

Most of the braided cordage is native made although the wrapping on the horizontal pieces is commercial cord and one small area has commercial cord mixed with the native cordage

It features a large central circular cabochon of lazurite or sodalite stone
