First made in 2002, Stella Flora blends Pecorino, Passerina, Trebbiano and Malvasia di Candia, fermented with skin contact in wood for 15 20 days with low sulphite use, ageing 18 months in barrel with no added sulphites. Antique gold colour; mandarin, bitter orange and herbal notes
