Grapes from our old vines were nurtured in small open fermenters before maturing in French oak for 15 months. This has helped to create a rich, velvety textured wine which shows a lifted floral bouquet with elements of spice, dark berries and chocolate. Enjoy now with a charcuterie board or can be cellared with confidence for up to 10 years.
