The salad set is done in the DOrleans pattern which was first produced in 1923. The salad servers are both engraved on the ends of the handles with EWA. The tines and bowl of the servers are also nicely engraved. These servers are solid sterling silver and have good weight. They could of course be used individually as large serving pieces.
