Chateau de Saint Lager Brouilly 2023 Alsace A beautiful canary yellowA beautifully refined wine from Chateau de Saint Lager, this Brouilly is best served chilled and is a quite fabulous Gamay from the region. It has a deep ruby colour with hints of garnet red and a nose packed with berries, prunes, raspberries and very ripe strawberries. A nicely supple wine with red fruit flavours. Great with either red or white meats but simply delicious with Goats cheese. Gold Medal: Concours de Grandes Vins de France a Macon 2015
