This is actually one of the best bottles of the 2001 that I have tasted

It's hard not to drink it now

it unwinds in the glass with aromas of cassis and other dark fruits mingled with notions of pencil shavings and loamy soil

Forever deemed the "least" of the First Growth, that holds no water if this example is anything to go by, the best of a couple of dozen bottles encountered over many years.
