Crafted from premium outdoor bred British pork each ham is soaked in signature brine with brown sugar for a week and then matured to enhance it's well rounded flavour. Each ham is boneless and unglazed for maximum versatility and ease of carving. Roast with honey and mustard for a classic festive glaze,
