To create this pendant our jeweler transformed an antique bar pin by removing the gold and pearl horse from the pin and welding on a 14k gold bail

The center component depicts two birds with outstretched wings with sapphire and diamond accents and a shimmery moonstone drop

It is in great condition with minor wear to the edges of a few petals (visible only under magnification)
