It is entirely unoaked and is fermented at cool temperatures to preserve the bright stone fruit aromas and maintain freshness. The red is also unoaked and blends Baga with Syrah and Merlot to give a fruit forward, full and flavoursome wine. Both wines deliver exceptional value for money.
