The face of the ring features a hand painted American flag of what appears to be paper on a cloth backdrop set under domed glass. Our jeweler transformed the 14k gold piece into a ring by welding it onto a split 14k gold band. The face of the ring measures 0. 45 inches in diameter it has a 0. 3 inch rise above the finger. Currently a size 6. 5, the ring can be re sized
