It releases a fantastic tart berry flavour and makes it incredibly enjoyable both hot and cold, even with some added fruits like lemon and blueberries. It also produces a beautiful deep magenta colour. To brew, use 1 3 tsp, and steep in hot water (90C 95C) and let steep for 2 5 minutes.
